Step by Step Process
WasteXpert Shredder is designed as a high torque pre-processing machine that converts tough organic waste into a consistent, high-density mass flow. By the use of industry-standard cutting techniques, the machine prepares bulky waste optimally for further processing through composting and digestion.

Step 1: Large Volume LoadingOrganic waste and garden waste are loaded into the High-Capacity Hopper. The food waste management system is intended to work continuously, thus providing an opportunity for constant feeding of organic waste in any quantity, from vegetable peelings to coconut shells and wood branches of up to 60 mm.

Step 2: Automated Double-Shaft ShreddingAfter being fed into the machine, the organic waste is shredded by the Double Shaft Cutting Device. The shafts feature specially engineered cutting blades moving at different rotational speeds. They generate strong torque shearing force, pulling the material through them and simultaneously cleaning the blades.

Step 3: Optimal Sizing and DisintegrationThe blades made of durable steel cut the organic waste into a uniform shred size (either 6x30-50mm or 12x50-100mm), depending on the model.
