About Composter

The WasteXpert industrial-grade organic composting system is an innovation in the field of food waste conversion machines, designed specifically for businesses that require rapid breakdown and efficient performance.
The composter is a fully automatic machine that employs advanced thermal dehydration technology to convert huge amounts of organic material into high-quality output. It offers 90% volume reduction of waste, with output being an odorless, pathogen-free soil conditioner, thereby acting as the perfect resort waste solution in situations where hygiene is essential.
The composting equipment uses a recycling thermal cycle, where heat energy is produced in-house, and the equipment achieves ultra-low energy usage while offering super-fast processing capability. This way, your business can be assured that it will exceed all regulatory requirements, creating new global standards for excellence.
Our composter’s focus is on organic recycling, and therefore, through that, we present to you an asset of a different kind, one that strips away any “waste” from your process, making it a valuable product.
Features of the WasteXpert Composter
WasteXpert’s industrial organic waste converter machine is specifically designed for optimal organic recycling operations, ensuring a reliable product for companies that aim to excel in their operations and sustainability practices.
- Rapid Thermal Decomposition: Acts as an advanced aerobic composting machine that can turn 100% organic waste into nutrient-rich outputs within 24 to 36 hours.
- Sterilization through Odor-Management: Utilizes hermetic sealed logic to guarantee a sterilized and odor-free environment, which is critical for the upkeep of 5-star standards of sustainable resort waste management practices.
- Continuous Energy Savings: Offers continuous processing without high power usage.

- Self-Autonomous Operation: It functions as an entirely autonomous composting machine requiring minimum human interference, thereby ensuring operational ease.
- 90% Volume Reduction: The industrial composting machine reduces the volume of organic outputs by 90%, thereby maximizing space utilization in luxury resorts and corporate offices.
- Indirect Heating: While other processes may depend on direct heating, the WasteXpert machine uses indirect heating, which ensures uniform heat distribution across the entire unit.
Benefits of the WasteXpert Composter

Some of the key benefits of this machine for composting include:
-
90% waste volume reduction, ideal for bulk waste degradation.
-
Low maintenance needs, requiring neither additives nor bacteria, make it an excellent automatic composting machine.
-
Environmentally friendly operations with zero emissions and zero landfill costs make it an excellent industrial composting machine.
Process
Composting within the WasteXpert facility mainly employs thermal dehydration to degrade organic waste. As opposed to conventional systems that use microbes to digest food waste gradually, our system uses the technique of dry decomposition, where high-temperature dehydration of the substance takes place, leading to rapid decomposition.
-
Step 1: Loading and Initial AgitationFood waste is loaded into the stainless steel composter. The internal impeller system initiates rotation, providing agitation to distribute the waste uniformly.
-
Step 2: Thermal DehydrationIndirect heating dries waste and reduces volume by 90%. Temperatures (55–70°C) destroy pathogens and seeds.
-
Step 3: Energy Efficiency & Vapor ControlHeat is reused and gases are deodorized to eliminate foul smell.
-
Step 4: StabilizationAfter 27–30 hours, waste becomes dry fertilizer in a closed safe system.
-
Step 5: Curing StageCompost rests for 10–15 days to become rich, odorless manure.
Technology
The WasteXpert Composter technology is engineered around a multi-stage organic waste conversion process, an advanced aerobic digestion system where temperature and moisture levels are precisely controlled to create the perfect environment for rapid decomposition.
This industrial-grade technology adopts a multistep process of indirect heating and a dry decomposition method, which accelerates the natural composting timeline, transforming high volumes of raw food waste into a stabilized, nutrient-dense organic output with minimal manual intervention.

FAQs
The use of “Multi-stage Indirect Heat & Dry Decomposition” technology makes our composters stand out among competitors. The thermal dehydration technique reduces waste quickly and without the addition of any chemicals.
The composting process provides an immense reduction of the initial volume up to 90%. So, the volume of the output of 1000 kg of waste will be around 100 kg only.
Depends on the type of machine and moisture content of waste. However, generally speaking, it takes about 24 – 36 hours.
Certainly not, because the composting process is done by utilizing an Integrated Deodorization and Foul Odor Control technology that neutralizes harmful gases inside the apparatus. In other words, there is no need for exhaust ventilation.
It can handle virtually all kinds of organic waste and all compostable disposables.
Do not add to the composting machine non-degradable waste, like metal, plastic, glass, petrochemicals, big pieces of coconut shell.
The industrial machine needs three-phase power at 415V. The power consumption depends on the particular machine, varying from 2.8 to 15 kW.
First of all, we care about your safety. That is why the internal impeller immediately stops when you open the hopper door.
These machines come with a 1 year guarantee provided by the manufacturer. With the use of high-quality Stainless Steel, this machine can work for 15–20 years.
The WasteXpert Food Waste Converter does not require ANY additional products such as wood chips, chemicals, or charcoal to be added to the waste. Its discharge from the unit is only the ‘Sterile Biomass’ and a few gallons of condensate runoff from the condenser unit.
Yes, it is a fully automatic machine which converts all kinds of organic waste into soil supplement without any additives.
Materials like spoons will not damage the machine if not in large numbers. But make sure that you are removing them after the cycle. It is always advised to avoid putting such materials into the machine.
You could spread it on the grounds of your premises, at your residence, or send it to a composting facility as manure or to the landfill. Because the end product is 95% dry, it is very manageable. Another option is to mix with natural soil so that it will get composted in a few days’ time.
Not at all. During the cycle, the waste is heated and sterilized over 12 hours, killing all bacteria and seeds which were present in the input.
Nothing needs to be added to the system for processing the food waste. If you are depositing high volumes of oily waste, it is recommended to add a portion of green leaves, cardboard bits, or tissue papers to absorb the oil content.
You are advised to fill only up to the agitator level to attain maximum efficiency. Overloading will prolong the process time and can even damage the inbuilt sensors.
No. You are not supposed to open the door during the process. This will delay the process cycle to a longer period. The system is programmed to achieve optimum performance.
Since you are using different types of food waste, it is recommended to carry out a soil analysis to determine what needs to be added to convert the output suitable for soil application or to be used as fertilizer. We can assist you in carrying out the analysis if needed.
You can use any containers or bins to collect the output from the machine. See that the container fits below the discharge chute.
