Process
Composting within the WasteXpert facility mainly employs thermal dehydration to degrade organic waste. As opposed to conventional systems that use microbes to digest food waste gradually, our system uses the technique of dry decomposition, where high-temperature dehydration of the substance takes place, leading to rapid decomposition.

Indirect Heating
The technology employs indirect heating, whereby heating is done on the surfaces of the processing tank without touching the materials directly, thereby avoiding the carbonization of the waste while retaining organic nutrients.
Dry Decomposition
The device uses a highly efficient thermal treatment process to get rid of water molecules from the organic material, producing an impressive 83% to 90% volume reduction. Through vaporization of water, the system converts the raw food waste into a dried soil supplement.
Heat Energy Recycling
The machine design allows heat energy recovery from the dehydration process, making this recycling process energy-efficient, hence reducing the amount of energy needed to run the 15kW operation.
Internal Impeller System
